Once a month, we get the ladies together for a night of good vibes, a good workout, learning some self-defense, and meeting other women in the community.

You don’t need any boxing experience, and you don’t have to be in perfect shape. Just come as you are, have some fun, and learn something new!

✨ Ladies Night is FREE!
The only thing you need is a pair of hand wraps. Don’t have any? No problem! You can purchase a pair at the gym for $10.
